The TV screen has a reddish tint after turning on the Ambient Light Sensor. (X95K, Z9K, Z9J Series)

    Try the following settings changes:

    • Change the Color Temperature from Neutral to Cool.
      1. On the remote control, press the (Quick Settings) button.
      2. Select Picture settings.
      3. Select Colour.
      4. Select Colour temperature.
      5. Select Cool.
    • If the issue has not been resolved, turn off the Ambient light sensor.
      1. On the remote control, press the (Quick Settings) button.
      2. Select Ambient light sensor then set it to Off.
