Amazon Alexa (Amazon Echo, etc.) cannot recognize the Soundbar.

    1. Verify whether or not the sound bar is correctly connected to the internet from network settings.
    2. Set the soundbar Network/Bluetooth Standby to On 
    3. Perform a power reset. (disconnect and reconnect the power plug).
