・The TV does not power on (This excludes cases where the LED indicator at the bottom of the screen lights up or blinks when the TV is turned on)

If your TV is an affected India model with an affected serial number and exhibits the above symptom within the free repair period, please contact our Customer Support team for further assistance. If diagnosis confirms that the issue is caused by the power board, the repair will be provided free of charge.
(Note: Failures unrelated to the power board are not eligible for free repair.)
