Why are there problems when creating a CD and after the CD is created?
When writing data files to a compact disc-recordable (CD-R) or a compact disc-rewritable (CD-RW), user may experience one or more of the following symptoms:
* The disc recording is consistently unsuccessful.
* The disc cannot be accessed by using other operating systems except Windows XP.
* Some of the disc cannot be accessed by an MP3 player expect Windows XP.
* Data is lost when copying to a CD that contains some data.
To resolve these symptoms, please install the update file that is available for download from the Microsoft Download Center.
