Why does the image captured earlier with Motion Eye, turn black when using Network Smart Capture?
The image captured with Motion Eye, turns black when using Network Smart Capture.
This symptom occurs when the display screen color number is being set to 24 bits. Under this setting, the image captured from the Motion Eye cannot be properly displayed due to insufficient video memory.
To resolve this symptom, change the display screen color number to 16 bits with the steps below:
1. Right-click an empty area on the desktop and click Properties.
2. Click the Settings tab and select High color (16 bits).
3. Click Apply and click OK.
