JogDial Window Ver.4.00: Why can't I release the JogDial Screen Lock?
This symptom is confirmed.
Please download the update program of JogDial and update JogDial Utility to Ver. 5.10.05.
You can solve the problem temporarily with the following procedure:
1. Under the condition that you cannot release the lock, execute hotkey operation such as pressing Fn + F5.
2. Wait until the hotkey dialog box disappears.
3. [Jog Guide] appears again and you are unable to release the lock.
4. Use Jogdial to release the lock.
