I/O addresses change when Hotplugging PC cards
When hot-plugging some PC cards, the I/O addresses for audio moves. It sometimes causes a fatal error.
1) "Start|Settings|Control Panel|System|Device Manager".
2) Goto "Sound, video and game controllers".
3) Uncheck Automatic Setting of the Resources for ES1879 Plug and Play AudioDrive.
4) If the automatically allocated memory addresses are 10000000h or higher, use the same addresses. If not, use somewhere over 10000000h.
