"You have unplugged or rejected a device without stopping it. Unplugging or ejecting devices without first stopping them can often
cause your computer to crash and lose valuable data."
When unplugging the PC card, be sure to stop the PC card you are going to unplug in the following procedures.
[Operational Procedures]
1. Double-click the "Unplug or Eject Hardware" icon in the tasktray.
2. The "Unplug or Eject Hardware" window appears. Select the PC card from "Hardware devices" and click the "Stop" button.
3. Check the peripheral that you want to unplug in the "Stop a Hardware device" window and click the "OK" button.
4. When the "Safe to Remove Hareware" window appears, click the "OK" button. You have now completed stopping the device. You can unplug the PC card from the slot.
