Why can't the touch pad be used to scroll horizontally in Internet Explorer Version 6 and Microsoft Excel?
Pages in Internet Explorer Version 6 and Microsoft Excel cannot be scrolled horizontally with the touch pad.
To resolve this symptom, please download the latest Pointing Device Driver Upgrade.
In the Downloads section, please select Notebook and proceed with the steps below:
1. Move the cursor to the relevant Notebook Series and click the model of the VAIO computer.
2. Locate Pointing Device Driver Upgrade and proceed as per instructions on the screen.
