If the issue occurs, follow these steps to end the Bluetooth connection of the speaker and the WLA-NS7, and then reconnect them.
- Disconnect and reconnect the USB Type-C cable from the DC IN port of the WLA-NS7. The transmitter restarts and then reconnects with the speaker automatically.
- If 2 devices are connected with the speaker concurrently (multipoint connection), open the Music Center app on the connected device, and select Settings → Management of Bluetooth connected devices to end the Bluetooth connection with the speaker.
Hint: If the TV has a Bluetooth function, we recommend connecting the speaker and the TV directly via Bluetooth.
