The Mac computer does not recognize the Walkman player when I try to transfer music content
Unable to transfer content to a Walkman using the Content Transfer for Mac.

The Walkman player is not compatible with the Content Transfer for Mac software. To transfer music content stored on a Mac computer to the player, you need to install additional software, such as Android File Transfer. For details, refer to the Transferring content using Mac computer section in the Help Guide.
Notes:
- For NW-ZX500/A100 Series: When using a Mac computer with the M1 or M2 chip, the Android File Transfer software will not detect the NW-ZX500/A100 Series Walkman player. This is a specification.
- For other models: You can transfer music content to the player with the Android File Transfer software. However, Sony does not guarantee all functions. For questions about the Android File Transfer software, please contact the app provider.
