The SD card in my Walkman is not being recognised by my computer

If the SD card is not recognised when connected to a computer via USB,
- Update the software of the Walkman player to the latest version.
- Disconnect and then reconnect the USB cable from the computer.
- Insert the SD card into the player before connecting the player to the computer.
