Terms & Conditions
  1. The Scheme shall be effective from 15th Sep’08 to 15th Nov’08 or till the stock lasts, whichever is earlier.
  2. The company reserves the right to modify or withdraw the scheme at any time without notice or to provide any other gift of same value. The company’s decision regarding the same shall be final and binding.
  3. Taxes and Statutory levies as applicable shall be borne by the recipient of a Gift. The recipient shall pay the amount of applicable taxes and PAN Proof to Sony India Pvt. Ltd. before claiming the gifts.
  4. This Scheme is not applicable in the State of Tamil Nadu.
  5. Total Number of Prizes under the scheme are as follows:

    2. 50-Sony PSP (PSP/200GPB).
    3. 100-Sony Network Walkman (NW2B133F).
    4. 100-Sony Microvault (USM2GL E)
    5. 82,000-Sodexho Voucher
    6. 600,000-Key Chain
  6. In the event free gifts are received in broken or damaged condition, the same shall be reported at the time of the receipt of gift. No subsequent claims shall be entertained.
  7. No cash shall be paid in lieu of gifts and No request shall be entertained for exchange of gifts of equivalent value.
  8. Gifts shall be dispatched by courier directly to their address on the receipt of original scratch card and duly filled gift claim form.
  9. The company shall entertain only untampered & authentic scratch cards.
  10. Only those customers who fill in the complete gift claim form shall be eligible for the receipt of the gift.
  11. Sony India is committed for the protections of Personal Information receive of the customers.
  12. The customers are free to decide whether to receive or not to receive the information regarding the company products or contests by informing the company by calling at 1800-11-11-88 (toll free)
  13. Employees of Sony India Pvt. Ltd. or its authorized dealers or franchise are not eligible for participation.
  14. Claim form must be send with in 15 days of the date of purchase and no later than 15th Dec’08.

  16. All disputes are subject to Jurisdiction of Delhi Courts only.
