Steps to redeem Freecharge freefund codes:

1. Download the FreeCharge App on your smartphone; Android, Windows and iOS.

2. Login to your account and if you are new to FreeCharge, register with your email id or login with your Facebook or Google+ account.

3. Go to the "Credits" section by clicking on Credits from the top-right drop-down list on desktop/laptop or by going to "My Credits" on the app and select "Redeem Freefund".

4. Enter the code given by us and click Apply/Redeem Now. The amount will be added to your FreeCharge Credits immediately.

Before participating, please read the terms and conditions given herein:

i. The Offer shall be valid from 1st October 2016 till the stock lasts. No claim shall be entertained in any case after 31st March 2017.

ii. The Offer is valid on purchase of Sony Power Banks mentioned below from the authorized partners of Sony India Private Limited (Sony India):

iii. This offer is open to Indian Citizens only aged 18 years and above as on 01 October 2016 and residing in India. Employees of Sony India, its advertisement agencies, business partners and others directly associated with organising this campaign (including their immediate family members) are not eligible to participate.

iv. Only one (1) scratch card will be given per product purchase. Original scratch card must be retained by Customers for further processing.

v. Participants stand a chance to win any of the following gifts:

a) In case of Freecharge value gift: For details & to redeem the amount of Freecharge gift, Customer need to logon to www.freecharge.in via Freecharge App on smartphone; Android, Windows and iOS.

Customer may also logon to www.sony.co.in for details.

vi. The Customer needs to submit the original scratch card. Sony India or any of its agency authorized in this behalf shall not entertain tampered & unauthentic scratch cards. Sony India shall not liable for any loss /damage to the scratch card by the purchaser.

vii. Gift(s) will be awarded to the winner(s) after due verification and in accordance with the terms and conditions stated herein. The winner shall, prior to the collection of gift be required to submit to Sony India or its Agency, original scratch card, purchase invoice, valid ID proof, residence proof, PAN and/or any other document required by Sony India. For valid ID proof as well as residence proof, any two of the following may be submitted: a) Passport, b) Voter ID c) Driving License d) UID/Aadhar Card e) Nationalized bank passbook with photograph.

viii. The winner shall be liable for income tax, levies, road tax and duties due and owing under applicable and statutory laws in connection with the gift and all other costs, expenses including travel expenses, delivery & transportation charges etc. The recipient shall pay the amount of applicable taxes and PAN Proof to Sony India before claiming gifts.

ix. Sony India would endeavor that gifts are processed for delivery within 60 days of receipt of required documents by Sony India. Sony India or any of its agents/representatives shall not be liable in case customer fails to receive any such communication sent to the e-mail address registered/provided or the telephone contact number provided due to any network issue, technical glitch or any other reason beyond the control of Participant.

x. Gifts cannot be transferred/negotiated. No cash redemption or substitution will be allowed, except at Sony India’s sole discretion. If Gift(s) is unavailable, Sony India reserves the right to substitute it with successor model or with gift of equal or greater value as deemed fit.

xi. Except for SONY products, Gifts are provided are on "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to, merchantability, durability, suitability for any particular purpose, performances and/or non-infringement of any applicable laws.

xii. Any fraudulent conduct or use of unfair means, tools, etc. in respect of this offer shall disqualify and disentitle the Participant. Sony India reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any entry which does not comply with the terms of conditions at any time without any prior notice.

xiii. Participation in this offer and furnishing of the personal details and contact to Sony India or its agent shall be treated as consent to receive communication at the contact no / email.

xiv. The pictures shown in the advertisement(s), scratch card, pamphlet(s) etc. are indicative and for representation only.

xv. By entering into this offer and accepting gifts, the winner(s) waives all copyrights, rights of publicity and any related rights and specifically consents to Sony India’s right to audio graphy, videography, picture, tape or portray him/her as the winner and to exhibit this material in any and all media now existing or hereinafter created, including (without limitation) television, film, radio and print media without any compensation whatsoever for such advertising and publicity, except where prohibited by law, for a period of 5 years from the award of gift.

xvi. Sony India shall be not be responsible for any delays or failures in performance resulting from acts/omission caused by any riots, floods, storms, transportation issue, Acts of God or any other event beyond the control of Sony India.

xvii. The offer is not valid for Institutional customers and second hand products.

xviii. Sony India reserves the right to amend any / all of the conditions before offer expires and/or withdraws/alter the offer without any prior notice.

xix. Participation in the above scratch card offer is voluntary and free of cost. Products are available without this offer too.

xx. The offer is not available (void) where prohibited by any law.

xxi. The decision of Sony India in regard to the offer shall be final and binding.

xxii. Disputes, if any, shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts at Delhi only.
