Good picture quality and very good sound. Very good value.

I play Xbox series X and watch 4K films alot on this hardware. Has 120fps at 1080 for silly smooth online play and great 4k visuals for the more story driven games and films. Cannot complain besides that it is always linked to Google so a nice selfie of my double chin pops up from time to time.

Power cable not long enough for wall mounted bracket. Sony would not supply a longer replacement, nor will they refund you if you were to buy a power cable from a third party. Decent product otherwise.

Bought just over a week ago and it's a brilliant TV. Just need to change some settings to suit your own viewing requirements and it's perfect for watching any genre.

This was a replacement for a previous Sony TV that failed. I was pleased to see it had Freesat built in but this is badly let down by its EPG. The Freesat guide has virtually no information on future programs so cannot be used to set the recorder. If you only watch Freeview then it's fine.

Bulky compared to my old xf9005 Screen makes an unbearable high pitch frequency noise when using built in smart menu Backlight is poor, despite the picture quality and colours being excellent, the picture blooming is horrendous on this model. Great for gaming and that’s about it, not a good enough reason to purchase, as overall disappointed with it. Sound quality also poor compared to my last model

This X94K 55" tv was supplied as a fully checked factory refurbishment replacement for a previous set that only lasted two years. like the other set it has a great picture and poor built in sound. This set has issues with sound sync on normal channels but is in sync for You Tube and HDMI ?? What do sony do in response to a bad review, well they send be a link to my old set which has been out of production for two years, as if I am going to ever buy another sony tv.

The TV has a nice clear picture until you use Google to get the apps, unless it's me but the picture is downgraded, so I reset the TV the picture was clear again, but I'm sure you need Google to download the apps, I have paid over £1000 it needs to be better.

How to star when I saw that big truck arrived bringing a massive box I was so happy, but after two days I get some one to do the job to mount it in my wall and I open the box I was so nervous, and they guy he came to install the TV on my wall he just told me this is a good tv … but the waiting was over we finally put the 75 inch Sony on are living room, was a dream and he give me the control I turn on for the first time , I was so nervous he help me to set it up . 5 minutes later the it pop the first images on this 75 Sony , the guy he installed the tv he say to me Wooow this good picture I was so quiet .,…then the sounds of the come out of this TV was amazing .. pictures perfect sounds lovely I was so pleased with my purchase, and then my wife arrived and she was shocked and we all seat down we watched tv for hours what a great TV is this price is so good for this quality thanks SONY you make. I purchased the 2021 75 inch model 18 months ago, thoroughly impressed following a demo by a Sony rep. Playing Gran Turismo on it was as close to rally driving as I’ll ever get. Awesome sound, brilliant, crisp images all thanks to the new XR technology. So impressed I brought an 85 inch upgrade this year. Although last years model it fit my budget and I’ve been blown away so far. Perfect for gaming, movies (with IMAX setting) and sports. Best tech purchase I’ve ever made.

Wanted to up date my current Sony TV (2017) model. Looked at the specks and decided on the Sony X94K series, going from 49inch to 55inch. Quite easy to setup Picture quality is good and sound is better than my previous model as the sound from a flat screen can sound a bit hollow.Have kept my sound bar that was used to boost sound on previous model just to give new model a little boost with movies.I'm still exploring the menu functions, early days yet but hopefully it will give as good service as previous model.Well made feels solid with metal feet plus peace of mind with 5year warranty.

This is the best Sony TV I have ever bought and I have had over six in the last 25 years. There is nothing too dislike and everything to like; the picture is brilliant, the sound is terrific (don't need to use my surround system very often) and the controls are very user friendly, the connections are very easy and simple to use.

I hope other buyers will find this very honest review useful. I don’t want this to sound like a bragging exercise because it isn’t, but I have the latest Samsung in the bedroom, the latest LG oled in our lounge and this new Sony EXR in the kitchen, the TV itself cosmetically is extremely nice if not as thin as the latest LG oled, but that didn’t concern me as I wasn’t, aiming for the design of the TV itself, I was very interested in how it would perform against a top end Samsung LED and very high-end LG.0led, and the reality is this is by far a better TV than any Samsung LED in my personal opinion, and if you feed it the right content, is easily as good as my LG oled, which is truly remarkable at the price point, the local dimming works brilliantly. Perhaps not as scientifically perfect as the blacks delivered by Lead, but boy is it impressive for the price, I would caveat that and say the TV is less than perfect with SDR content But I have found that to be the case with most high-end panels, but when the Sony is fed quality 4K footage, like the type you get from built in Bravia, core service which you get free credits for. Thanks Sony unexpected bonus, the TV comes to life and gives extraordinary blacks and beautiful colour and is astonishingly bright. , and my wife and child are the absolute polar opposite, but the first time we all watched the Sony using Bravia core. Everybody commented on the IMAX experience being just stunning. . If LG and Samsung ruled the roost for the last five or so years, that’s over now, Sony is back

If you prefer using the TV with full function, you need to buy a Premium Remote, I already pay double price with same 65 inch level, that I receive the idiots TV Remote

I purchased the tv 2 weeks ago and was very easy to set up. The tv integrated well with my other products including my Sony sound bar, Sony Blu-ray, Sky Q and Apple TV. Picture quality is excellent. Having the option to fit the feet to fit on my existing stand was also great.

Bought this few weeks ago for gaming on ps5, picture is crystal clear and sound is so good, I don't use the sound bar any more. Netflix with picture collaboration is excellent.

Recently bought this Sony Bravia TV. Really pleased with it. Loads of apps & features. Picture quality is fantastic. Definitely needs a sounbar to enjoy the sound. Would highly recommend

I changed my mini led tv to this one as that one was broken after 4 month of usage. That was a tcl. Unfortunately with Sony I knew it will be pricier but I wanted to try if it worth the extra cost. Let me tell you... The overall experience is amazing. The user interface is so good. I didn't know that a simple full array led can be that good. The sound quality is not that good though. I really miss the built in mic from it. I really used to the ok Google feature. I never knew HDR is that good. When I had it on my tcl I thought it is just a gimmick. Now I can see the difference.

Got this as a replacement for another Sony TV which had a hardware fault. Replaced the day 5 yr warranty ran out. I expect a tv to last longer than 5 yrs when it cost £1700, replaced with this, a £1000 tv. Had it 5 weeks then noticed screen has shadows and a grey area, Asked to replace but told my warranty ran out. Consumer credit Act does not seem to exist to Sony who refused to replace for free.I will never buy a Sony product again. Very poorly made product

Fantastic TV, does what it says on the box , set it up with my ps5 , and my gaming experience has gone through the roof. The colours are beautiful. Highly recommended TV.

Picture is beyone my expectations absolutely amazed by it in all honesty. Sound is amazing. cannot fault this tv in the slightest. So easy to use just everything about it is perfect for me.

Picture is good sound is really strong compared to our old tv. Minor gripes are the main metal remote, although very tactile, is more difficult to use than the plastic back up. I am still trying to figure out if I can get cefax, old fashioned but great to check news quickly in a morning. Instructions supplied are very basic.

Big Tv or projector was my choice. For the size of room (a garage conversion), the ease and value for money of the TV seemed to be the winner. After a lot of research, I pulled the trigger on this mammoth 85”. This was an upgrade from our Sony 65”. Having an Oled in another room, I was nervous that the larger screen size and different tech, might give me a significantly poorer viewing experience. This definitely isn’t the case! Delighted with the contrast, motion handling and depth of black this TV achieves. The PS5 looks sensational and any 4K movie watching is transformed into a true large screen cinema at home experience. Even the ups along from HD it mighty fine. Delighted with my purchase and would have found it hard to justify the step up to OLED for this size, based on these results.

Upgrading from a Panasonic just a few years old. Can still appreciate the improvements in tech. Nicer interface with it being Google run, more choice apps Works much better with the PS5 too, one of the main reasons for the change.

Although this TV is older technology it represents excellent performance for the price, which had reduced from £1,699 to £999 as this model is phased out. Very easy to set-up and impressive picture and sound quality.

I have had this tv for about a month now but will be returning it to Costco. Overall the sound is good the picture is good but the constant blooming is awful and spoils it for me which is a shame because the Sony I had before this one was near perfect

The TV is fantastic, I would've loved it for standard viewing content, but I do a lot of gaming and watch content with subtitles. So for gaming with it being an LED display there is a substantial amount of uniformity issues with the screen, also a lit of blooming, so I have returned the TV and I'm going to purchase the XR65A95K which is a substantial amount more. I just hope that the auto picture dimming in SDR content isn't so bad.

Had this tv for nearly 2 weeks now, had a 2016 65” kd65xd7505 before and had a few problems with it. It decided to give up just after new year. So bought this tv and I’m very impressed so far. Amazing colours and blacks. Series X looks amazing on it too. Fingers crossed the build quality is better than my last.

A really smooth experience from ordering to delivery. Ordered directly from Sony's website. It was about £100 cheaper compared to other competitive websites. Clear pictures and good sound. I gave it 4 star because energy efficiency of 'G'

The TV was to replace and aging SONY TV which has been reliable so decided to purchase another SONY but a larger screen 55". Very pleased with the set and the quality of the picture, we also purchased a Sony Home Cinema System to go with it which has improved the quality of the sound.

We have bought this tv about 3 weeks ago. It was highly recommend by a friend. That friend was so Wright. We are very pleased with are purchase. I think are old tv was 15 years old. Now when we watch tv we feel as if we are in a cinema.

We bought this to replace our 13 year old Sony KDL-40W5810.such an improvement . and works well with our old BDV-E880 .sounds amazing . I am still learning the new features of the 94K .

Was due an updated larger higher end tv than my 10yr old TV. Was a slight step down from the OLED model, but as nothing has really caught up with that platform this 4K Sony Model is exceptional. Haven't had time to give it a real go as yet. Awsome

I bought this to replace a Samsung 4K. The HDR picture is superb as as are many other of the features eg 4 k, full array, Dolby vision. It really can’t be beaten on price, definitely hits the sweet spot for budget and features. Easy set up too.

TV provides good quality picture and decent sound and google tv has plenty apps and easy to navigate.

The ease of set up and use is great. Sony,s own app the Bravia Core with free credits for up to date movies was unexpected.I’m a life long Sony fan TV,Cameras etc have never been let down yet and this TV is no exception.

So this is a mid-range television, it’s the first with local dimming before you get to the expensive tv’s and it is as close to OLED as you’ll get without spending the money, when buying a tv always look for direct lit and not edge lit, this will make a huge difference.

Although great picture, I was not told that the Sony sound bar I bought with the tv would only operate via its own remote and not linked to tv remote, even for volume. Another gripe is that I cannot default to a certain hdmi when tv turned on, I want it to come on to Sky hdmi but it doesn’t, so I need to reset hdmi on tv remote. So all 3 remotes are needed which is really irritating, especially when my previous Sony tv could be operated using sky remote and automatically turned on to sky and the Panasonic sound bar I had operated via the Sony tv remote. Why has Sony gone backwards, when I’m told LG tv links without a problem? If anyone at Sony can tell me I’m wrong then please do.

Bought my new 55X94 a few weeks ago, had it fitted on wall bracket and set up in no time. Wife helped me to lift it onto the bracket. Easy to start and get it working with my sky q box, and I am very pleased with both picture and sound. Sound is delivered through a Sonos Beam. All looking and sounding great. This is my 4th Sony TV, and I think you get what you pay for starting with design innovation through to quality reliability and performance.

This was bought as a replacement for another Sony TV which failed 2 weeks before the 5yr warranty ended. Excellent customer service has enabled me to upgrade to the latest technology and when paired to a new Sony soundbar not only does it sound fantastic but the images are bright, colourful and sharp. Plenty of connectivity options for PVRs and games consoles but have had to upgrade to bluetooth headphones as there is no headphone socket. The HDMI sockets have been vastly improved over previous TVs which allow stiff cables to be easily connected not like my previous Sony. Two different handsets provided and the Google interface is great if that's your thing.

This is a fantastic and highly capable TV. Deals with all the apps and formats I throw at it and is no slouch about it either. Amazing sound and the ability to use the screen as the centre speaker with an AV amp is inspired. My only gripe? It needs gigabit ethernet.
