Does the headset produce sound when you perform the following operations in order?

1. Initialize the headset.
   NOTES: 

   • When you initialize the headset, the headset returns to the factory settings and deletes all Bluetooth pairing information.

   • The location of the power indicator and initializing method differ depending on the headset. For details, refer to the manual supplied with the product.

   The following are examples on how to initialize the headset.
   WH-1000XM2 / WH-1000XM3 initializing method
   1. Turn off the headset while the USB cable is not connected.
   2. Press the  (power) button and the NC/AMBIENT button simultaneously and hold for at least 7 seconds.
      

       

   3. When initialization is complete, the indicator (blue) flashes 4 times.
      

   WI-C400 initializing method

   1. Turn off the headset while the micro-USB cable is not connected.

   2. Press the  (power) button and  (multi-function) button simultaneously and hold for at least 7 seconds.
      

   3. The indicator (blue) flashes 4 times.
      

2. Delete the Bluetooth device information of your playback device.
3. Perform pairing again.

• Produces sound

  There seems to have been an issue connecting with the playback device, such as Bluetooth pairing being disconnected.

• Does not produce sound
