The headset does not turn on.
When the remaining power of the rechargeable battery of the charging case is low and unable to charge the headset, the headset does not turn on automatically even if removed from the charging case.
Remove the headset from the charging case, then press and hold the buttons both on the (L) left unit and (R) right unit for about 2 seconds until the indicator (blue) flashes.
