What should I do If I lose the charging case or one side of the headphones?
Can I buy the charging case or only one side of the headphones?
- For LinkBuds S (WF-LS900N), LinkBuds (WF-L900), WF-1000XM5, WF-1000XM4, or WF-SP800N: The earbuds are all pre-set with information that allows them to communicate to and from each other. These settings can only be configured at the Service Center with all three components present. For this reason, you cannot simply replace one missing part.
Note: The charging case is available as a replacement part. - For LinkBuds UC: The earbuds and the USB transceiver are all pre-set with information that allows them to communicate to and from each other. These settings can only be configured at the Service Center with all four components present. For this reason, you cannot simply replace one missing part.
Note: The charging case is available as a replacement part. - For WF-C700N, WF-C500, WF-XB700: The earbuds and charging case are not available individually.
- For other Truly Wireless headphones: The earbuds and the charging case are all pre-set with information that allows them to communicate to and from each other, such as one-touch connection. These settings can only be configured at the Service Center with all three components present. For this reason, you cannot simply replace one missing part.
If you lose the charging case or one side of the headphones, please send the remaining items to the Service Center so that a replacement for the missing part can be acquired and reset with the remaining components.
Note: The warranty does not cover the cost of replacing lost or missing items.
After you receive the replacement, perform a standard initialization.
