The projector produces no sound even when it is placed in “HDMI” mode using the dedicated app for mobile devices

    Make sure that the audio output setting of the HDMI output device (such as a Blu-ray Disc player) connected to the Wireless unit is set to 2ch LPCM. If it is set to a setting other than 2ch LPCM (such as Dolby Digital), no sound is produced.

    Alternatively, restarting the projector may fix the issue.
