How to confirm the MAC address on the Android TV™/Google TV.
Confirm the MAC address as follows.
- Press the HELP button on the remote.
- Press the HOME button on the remote control. — Select Apps — Help.
- The next steps will depend on your TV menu options:
- Select Status & Diagnostics — Network status and diagnostics.
- Select Status & Diagnostics — View network status.
- Select View network status.
- Select Contact us.
- Select Contact & Support —System Information — MAC Address (Wired)/MAC Address (Wireless).
NOTES:
- When you connect the TV to a network by wired LAN, the MAC address of the wired LAN interface is displayed.
- When you connect the TV to a network by Wi-Fi, the MAC address of the Wi-Fi interface is displayed.
- When you do not connect the TV to a network, the MAC address of the both the wired LAN and Wi-Fi interfaces are displayed.
