What to do when an error appears while using Netflix
If an error appears while using the Netflix app on an Internet video device, try any of the following:
- Re-launch the Netflix app.
- Clear the application data.

Home – Settings – Apps – System app – NETFLIX – Clear data – OK
- Example settings sequence (for Android TV):
- Perform a software update.
- Uninstall the Netflix app, then re-install it.
- Unplug the power cord, then plug it back in.
- Perform a factory reset.
