I sometimes hear strange noises while watching TV, or else no sound comes out.

    If there is a new TV software available, please download the new software and update the TV.
    Follow these steps to perform the software update.

    1. Press the HOME button on the remote control.
    2. Select Settings.
    3. Select Customer Support.
    4. Select Software Update.
    5. Select Network.

    NOTE: Try the following for a temporary solution.

    • Try turning the TV off then on again with the remote control.
    • Try changing the TV channel or changing to another input mode.
