What to do when an error appears while using Netflix

    If an error appears while using the Netflix app on an Internet video device, try any of the following:

    • Re-launch the Netflix app.
    • Clear the application data.
      • Example settings sequence (for Android TV):
        Home – Settings – Apps – System app – NETFLIX – Clear data – OK
    • Perform a software update.
    • Uninstall the Netflix app, then re-install it.
    • Unplug the power cord, then plug it back in.
    •  Perform a factory reset.
