    Please try the previous procedure, but remove any connected devices before performing a Power cycle:

    1. Disconnect the TV power cord from the mains
    2. Un-plug connected devices from the TV
    3. Wait 5 minutes and connect the power cord back to the mains
    4. Plug back the first device to the TV
    5. Turn on the TV again
    6. If the problem persists, please repeat the above procedure for each of the devices that you have connected to your TV. If it turns out that one of your connected devices is indeed causing this issue, please contact its manufacturer for support
