There is no sound, poor sound, or low volume coming from the TV speakers.

    Follow this procedure to troubleshoot when there is no sound or low volume coming from the TV speakers.

    Before you start

    • If you have a device connected to the 3.5mm jack on your TV, depending on your model it may not be possible to have sound from both the TV speakers and the device simultaneously. Check the article How to get sound from headphones and the Bravia TV speakers at the same time for more details.
    • Refer to the operating instructions supplied with your product if model-specific information is required to complete any steps or settings changes.
