Wi-Fi Direct/Screen mirroring supported device cannot connect to BRAVIA.
How to confirm the permission of the device?
IMPORTANT: Android TV™/Google TV™ released after 2020 do not support Screen mirroring function. Refer to the manual or specifications of the TV.
Please check the following.
- Wireless devices, such as a router, cordless phone, wireless TV receiver, radio, wireless camera, Bluetooth device, or microwave, emit strong radio waves that may disrupt Wi-Fi Direct performance.
We recommend these wireless devices be placed far from the TV and mobile phone while performing Wi-Fi Direct. - Since the frequency of 2.4GHz has a lot of interference and noisy environment, packet collision will sometimes occur. Even though we have implemented noise-reducing countermeasure to improve the image quality, our TV software could not guarantee that there is no packet loss during transmissions.
- Perform a power reset on the TV.

- Confirm the permission status on Show Device List/Delete.
If permission is Decline, please delete the registered device from the list and then register it again.- For Android TV/Google TV models:

- Select Network & Internet or Network — Wi-Fi Direct — Show Device List/Delete — Delete all.

NOTE: The steps below use as an example. For details on operation method, refer to the manual supplied with the product.- Press the HOME button on the remote control.
- Select Settings.
- Select System Settings.
- Select Set-up.
- Select Network.
- Select Wi-Fi Direct Settings then press the OPTIONS button on the remote.
- Enter Show Device List/Delete then press OPTIONS and select All Delete.
- For Android TV/Google TV models:
- If there is new TV software available, please download the new software and update the TV.
