The DEMO mode setting is used by retailers to display the functionality and features of the TV. DEMO mode also limits some of the features and functions commonly used in a home.
The steps to disable the DEMO mode will depend on the design of the TV. Select the option that best meets the description of your TV:
- The illustration under the TV series name is the HOME screen of the appropriate model.
- To determine your TV model type, refer to the article How to check if your BRAVIA TV is a Google TV™, Android TV™, or other TV.
- To determine your full TV model name (such as KDL-48W600B or KDL-48W650D), refer to the article How to find the model name, serial number, and system software version for a BRAVIA TV.
- If your TV model is not one of the first three model types listed, choose For other models.
These models have main menu items at the top of the Home screen.
