If you are trying to watch certain movies or TV shows on the Netflix app and receive either a Content Error or This device is not enabled to play this protected content error message, a communication gap has occurred between the device and Netflix. To resolve this issue, do the following:
- Using the remote control that came supplied with your unit, press the RETURN button two times to exit out of the above error message.
- Make sure that the latest software (firmware) update has been applied.
- Restart your modem and/or router.
