TV resetting is performed to restore the TV's condition when the TV does not work properly. There are the following resetting methods, which vary in stages depending on the TV's conditions. According to the symptom of your TV, choose the appropriate resetting method.
You can view the video tutorial that covers general options or skip to the more detailed steps below.
Step 1 (Power Reset):
If any issue occurs with the TV operation, first perform a Power Reset below and check whether the issue is resolved.
Step 2 (Factory Data Reset):
If the issue is not resolved by the Power Reset of Option A, try a Factory Data Reset.
IMPORTANT: Be aware that if you perform a factory reset, all of the TV's data and settings (Wi-Fi and wired network setting information, Google account and other login information, Google Play and other installed applications, etc.) will be erased, and the TV will return to how it was at the time of purchase.
