When the TV language is set to Hebrew or Russian, alphabet input (such as a, b, c) is not available when setting a Google Account.

In the Hebrew and Russian layouts, Gboard (software keyboard) cannot input alphabet characters (such as a, b, c).
To input alphabet characters, configure the TV to use languages that can input alphabet characters, such as English (UK).

The procedure to change the setting is as follows:

    1. Press the HOME button on the remote control.
    2. Select  Settings.
    3. Select Keyboard in the System Preferences category.
    4. Select Gboard.
    5. Select Languages.
    6. Select Use system languages, then set to Off.
Languages can now be set in Active input methods.
    7. Select English (UK) in Active input methods.

    • If this issue occurs during the initial TV setup, skip setting the Google Account and set it after setting Gboard.
To set the Google Account, refer to the following steps.
      1. Press the HOME button on the remote control.
      2. Select  Settings.
      3. Select Add account in the Accounts category.
    • To change the language layout in Gboard, press the language name button on the right side of the keyboard and select a language.
    • The specifications above may change in the future. Gboard is provided by Google.
