After connecting or disconnecting wired headphones, the TV sound is no longer output from Bluetooth devices.

IMPORTANT: This article applies only to specific products and/or operating systems. Check the Applicable Products and Categories section of this article before starting these steps.

To correct this condition, perform one of the following procedures to re-establish the Bluetooth connection and improve the sound.

• On the Bluetooth device, disconnect and reconnect the TV.

• In the TV menu below, disconnect and then reconnect the Bluetooth device.
  NOTE: These steps allow you to re-establish the Bluetooth connection on the TV without releasing the pairing from the Bluetooth device.

  1. Open the Settings screen. How to access Settings
     • If the remote control has a Quick Settings button:
       1. On the remote control, press the (Quick Settings) button.
       2. Select Settings.
     • If the remote control does not have a Quick Settings button:
       1. On the remote control, press the HOME button.
       2. Select Settings.
  2. The next steps will depend on your TV menu options:
     • Select Remotes & Accessories — (Bluetooth device name) A2DP — Disconnect.
     • Select Remotes & Accessories — Bluetooth settings — Bluetooth device name — Disconnect.
  3. Then, select Bluetooth device name — Connect.
