Perform a Network Diagnosis

    Your TV can perform a network and connectivity diagnosis, which can help you pinpoint your issue. Please try the following:

    1. Press the HOME button on the remote control.
    2. Select  Settings.
    3. Select Network & Internet or Network.
    4. Select Advanced settings.
      NOTE: If Advanced settings is not shown, skip this step.
    5. Select Network status.
    6. Select Check Connection.
    7. Select YES on the Do you want to check the connection? screen.
    8. Connection diagnosis will start. The connection results will be displayed after a while.
