When content on the Amazon Prime Video app is selected, the sound is heard but the screen freezes.

    The screen may freeze when you use the Amazon Prime Video app, switch to another app, and then switch back to Amazon Prime Video again quickly.
    To recover from this freeze, press the BACK button on the TV remote control to exit Amazon Prime Video, and then start the app again.


    • Although this issue can be resolved using the steps above, the issue can occur again if you repeat the circumstances that cause the freeze
    • This issue will be addressed in the future with an update of the Amazon Prime Video app
