"Loading Error" or "Content failed to load" message is shown on my Google TV
Note: If settings menu not accessible, press the Quick Settings ( or
) button on the remote control, the Settings menu is displayed.
If you ecounter "Loading Error" or "Content failed to load" Message on your Google TV
You may try the following steps below to resolve the issue.
- Make sure your TV Software is updated to the latest version.
- Perform a power reset on your TV.
- Clear data of relevant apps
Note: Clearing data will delete any data stored in the Apps.- Open the
Settings screen. How to access the Settings
- The next steps will depend on your TV menu options:
- Select Apps → See all apps → Show System Apps .
- Select Apps (Google Tv & Google Play service).
- Select desired app that you want to remove cache.
- Select Clear cache then OK.
If the issue is still not resolved, try the following steps. - Select Clear data then OK.
If the next option is displayed, select CLEAR ALL DATA then OK.
- Open the
- Restart your TV.
- Reset your TV to factory settings.
Notes:
- Make sure you have a stable internet connection.
- If storge is full, try to uninstall unused apps and clear the cache data of “Internal shared storage”.
- Go to Settings → System → Storage → Internal shared storage → Cached data → OK
