YouTube Kids is moving to YouTube App

From August 2025 onwards, you can access the new YouTube Kids application ready TV / BD Player*, by selecting your child’s profile from the YouTube app directly.
What should I do if I see the message "YouTube Kids has moved" when trying to use YouTube Kids on my TV / BD Player*?
The YouTube Kids experience is moving into the YouTube app. You can now access YouTube Kids by simply selecting your child's profile in the YouTube app.
This means that the existing separate YouTube Kids app icon that you see on your TV will be going away.
Here’s what you can do:
- Use your smartphone to scan the QR code displayed on your TV screen.
- Follow the instructions provided to change the settings.
