Video playback can be choppy, skipping, or audio can cut out momentarily when watching 4K streaming apps.(BRAVIA 3 / 2II Series)

If you’re experiencing choppy video playback, skipping, or brief audio dropouts when streaming 4K content (e.g., on YouTube TV, DirecTV, etc.), try the following steps:
- Check Network bandwidth:
- Ensure your network speed supports 4K streaming. If your connection isn’t optimized, some apps let you lower the video resolution. If necessary, select 1080p instead of 4K/UHD.
- Disable features that may affect streaming:
- Turn Off Google Assistant Voice Control:
- Switch off the hardware MIC located at the bottom center of the TV.
- Go to Settings, then select Accounts & sign-in → your account → Google Assistant → Hands-free Mic, and turn it OFF.
- Disconnect Bluetooth Devices: turn off any connected Bluetooth speakers or headphones.
- Turn Off Google Assistant Voice Control:
