The USB device is not recognized on my HT-RT3

If your USB device isn't being recognized, try these steps:

    1. Restart the System:

      • Turn the system off.
      • Remove the USB device and reconnect it.
      • Turn the system back on.
    2. Check Connections:

      • Ensure the USB device is securely connected to the USB port.
      • Avoid using a USB hub; connect the USB device directly to the subwoofer.
    3. Inspect the USB Device:

      • Verify that the USB device or cable isn’t damaged.
      • Make sure the USB device is powered on if applicable.

Following these steps should resolve most recognition issues. If the problem persists, try a different USB device to confirm compatibility.
