When I connect the TV to the Soundbar or AV Receiver via HDMI while they are also connected via Bluetooth, no TV sound is heard.
This issue will occur if you use both HDMI and Bluetooth to connect the Soundbar or AV Receiver to the TV. If this happens, disconnect the Bluetooth connection and use only HDMI connection.
Note: If you want to switch back to the Bluetooth connection, disconnect the HDMI cable then press the INPUT button on the Soundbar or AV Receiver.
