Updating the camera's system software using a computer

You can update the system software via a computer without using Creators' App. You do not need to sign in to Creators' Cloud with this method.

1. Use your computer to access the download page on the support site for your country or region, then select the applicable camera model.
2. When the download completes, follow the instructions on the screen to update the camera's system software.
