    If the message [The camera is set to a mode that does not support Creative Look.] is displayed and you cannot set a Creative Look on the camera, check if the camera status is any of the following.

    Camera statuses in which you cannot set Creative Look

    • Video mode
    • Intelligent Auto for still images (AUTOAuto Mode)
    • While a Picture Profile is set
