Unable to select RAW+JPEG format when using the Smart Remote Control app.
This may occur when there is no memory card inserted in the camera. Make sure that a memory card is properly inserted in the camera to be able to select RAW+JPEG file format.
NOTE: RAW format files cannot be transferred to mobile devices. Only JPEG format files can be transferred to these devices.
