Why is the IC recorder not recognized by the computer?

Please check the following items.

• The IC recorder is connected to the USB connector of the computer correctly.
  If the IC recorder cannot be connected correctly due to the computer structure, please use the supplied USB connection support cable.
• The computer system requirements are met.

• More than two USB devices are connected to a computer.
  If more than two USB devices are being connected to a computer, normal operation will not be guaranteed. Connect only the IC recorder.
• USB hub is used.
  Use of this unit with a USB hub is not guaranteed. Connect this unit or the supplied USB connection support cable to the computer USB connector directly.
• When the supplied USB connection support cable is used, make sure the connection correctly between the IC recorder and the USB connection support cable, or the USB connection support cable and the computer.
• If the IC recorder is connected to the computer with system standby or hibernation mode, the IC recorder may not be recognized after system recovery.
  In such case, remove the IC recorder and reconnect.
• If the IC recorder is not recognized even after performing the above, it may be due to a connection error to the computer. Please check the connection with the steps below.
• Remove the IC Recorder from the computer and reconnect. 
• When two or more USB connectors are on the computer, connect to another USB connector. 
• Remove the IC Recorder from the computer and restart the computer.

* About the display on the computer
If the IC recorder is connected to the computer, it is recognized as follows.
Please make sure whether you are operating a different folder or not.

Windows Computer
If the IC recorder is connected to the computer, it is recognized as an IC RECORDER drive in the My Computer.
Make sure the IC RECORDER drive is in the My Computer.

Macintosh Computer
If the IC recorder is connected to the computer, an IC RECORDER drive is displayed on the desk top.
Make sure the IC RECORDER drive is on the desk top.
