You might experience that when connected to an Xperia™ device, your Stereo Bluetooth® Headset SBH54 drops its Bluetooth® connection during calls. Software has been released to fix this issue.
If you experience this issue, check the software version of your Bluetooth® headset. To check the software version, press the back key for 6–8 seconds.
If the software version is lower than 1.6.A.1.6/2, you need to update the host application to the highest version, and then update the headset's software through the host application.
To update the Bluetooth-stereoheadset SBH54 host application
- From your Home screen, tap the Application screen icon.
- Tap Google Play.
- Tap the menu button (three vertical dots), then tap My Apps.
- Tap Bluetooth-stereoheadset SBH54, then tap Update if there is an update available.
