What to do when the IME 2002 language bar disappears when Norton AntiVirus 2002 is started?

    The IME 2002 language bar disappears after Norton AntiVirus 2002 is started.

    Follow the steps below to resolve this symptom.
    1. Start Control Panel.
    2. Click Date, Time, Language, and Regional Options.
    3. Click Regional and Language Options.
    4. In Regional and Language Options, click the Language tab and click Details.
    5. Click Language Bar.
    6. Select the Show the Language bar on the desktop option.
