What is JEITA measuring standard?

Measuring conditions based on JEITA Measuring Methods for Battery Operating Time (Ver.1.0).

JEITA stands for Japan Electronic Information Technology Association (Ver 1.0).

For the detailed measurement conditions based on JEITA Battery run time measurement method (Ver.1.0), refer to the following.

Settings:
1. Screen saver: None.
2. Volume control: Mute.
3. Switch off the Wireless LAN function.
4. Set up the PowerPanel settings as below:
Copy the Ultra-long play profile and use what reflecting the following.

JEITA Measurement Method A
1. Disable the Hibernation on Low Battery option of the system.
2. Disable the Standby Timer option of the system.
3. Disable the Standby Timer option of the LCD (Video).
4. Set LCD Brightness to Level 2.
5. Turn off the cameras built in other devices.
6. Turn off the modems built in other devices.

JEITA Measurement Method B
1. Disable the Hibernation on Low Battery option.
2. Disable the Standby Timer option of the system.
3. Disable the Hibernate Timer option of the system.
4. Disable the Standby Timer option of the LCD (Video).
5. Set LCD Brightness to Level 1.
6. Turn off the cameras built in other devices.
7. Turn off the modems built in other devices.
