Why are the tasks in Task Scheduler not executed?

The tasks in Task Scheduler are not executed.

    Microsoft® has verified this symptom.
This symptom occurs when there is no password set for the user account. In order to run the tasks that are set in Task Scheduler, setting of a password for the local user is required. However, for domain user, tasks can be executed without a local password.

To create a local password, please follow the steps below.
    1. Go to Control Panel and click User Accounts.
    2. Select the user account.
    3. Click Create a Password.
    4. After a password is created, log off the computer.
    8. Proceed with the settings required for Task Scheduler.
