You can launch [On-Screen Keyboard] with the following steps:
1. Click [Start] -> [Programs] -> [Accessories] -> [Accessibility] -> [On-Screen Keyboard].
2. Click [Typing Mode] in [Settings] menu and choose the following typing mode:
- Click to select
Type by clicking the on-screen keyboard.
- Hover to select
Type by pointing a key for a predefined period of time.
- Joystick or key to select
Type by selecting the highlighted keyboard characters.
