Why are the files and folders not arranged in an alphabetical order?

The files and folders are not arranged in an alphabetical order.

This is the design of Windows® XP. Instead of sorting in alphabetical order, any numeric strings are handled as a number.

Please refer to the article on StrCmpLogicalW Function under the String Function.
