OpenMG Jukebox encounted Kernal32.DLL error when attempting to playback .wma audio files created with Windows Media Player Version 7.00.00.1956.
To resolve this symptom, please update the Windows Media Player to the latest version with the steps below.
1. Connect to the Internet.
2. Start Windows Media Player, click Help and then click Check For Player Upgrades....
3. Select all the available components listed for upgrade and follow the instructions given closely.
