Please follow the steps to set the Jog Dial as a mouse wheel:
1. In the Taskbar, right-click Jog Dial Navigatorand click Jog Dial Setting.
2. Click the Activity mode tab and select the Using Jog Dial as a mouse wheel option.
3. Click Apply.
4. Click Yes and restart Windows.
